the flowers on this lovely morning glory are small (about 1" across), the color is so unusual and lovely it really makes it worth adding to your garden. Beautiful pale yellow flowers with deep purple throats adorn this vigorous vine with small, heart shaped leaves. As with most morning glories, it loves full sun and average, well drained soil. Viluthi I[Cadaba Indica]

                                                                   

is a climbing shrub, height up to 5 m. Oval leaves with rounded tip are arranged alternately on the branches. Flowers usually in terminal racemes, or axillary solitary. Petals 4, clawed. Disk-appendix about as long as the petal claw, tubular, often trumpet shaped, apex generally petaloid and more or less toothed. Stamens 4-6, exserted, spreading; filaments on a short androphore or irregularly fused with the gynophore. Fruit is nearly cylindrical, leathery - internal tissues surrounding the nearly round seeds are often orange coloured. Flowering: January-March. It is threatened by habitat loss

Its a tree to native Dry Regions The tree has a number of uses. It has been important in Paper making  in Thailand for seven hundred years. Virtually all of the ancient Thai documents still in existence are written on the bark of this tree. The Buddhist texts and official records from before the twentieth century in Thailand are known as Khoi Books . The paper is durable even in the local high-humidity climate. It does not burn easily and it is resistant to yellowing and insect damage. Today other fiber sources are used to make paper and khoi fibers are used primarily by artisans who produce paper using traditional techniques.

It’s a Medium sized deciduous tree with 10 mts Tall,

It blooms in late spring. Flowering is profuse, with trees being covered with yellow flowers, many times with almost no leaf being seen. It grows well in dry climates. Growth for this tree is best in full sun on well-drained soil; it is relatively drought-tolerant and slightly salt-tolerant. It will tolerate light brief frost, but can get damaged if the cold persists. Widely Grown in Tropical and sub-tropical Areas.

A deciduous Legume Tree that grows to about 15-25 mtrs in height with the large canopy which spreads equally wide .The leaves are soft ,shiny burgundy in early summer and mature to a glossy deep green as the season progresses. The tree is well suited to intense heat and sunlight and its dense network of lateral roots and its thick, long taproot make it drought tolerant. Flowering: March-April.
