Kandankathiri[Solanum xanthocarpum]


Is  an yellow fruit,the whole plant is covered with thorns and the fruit looks like , small version of our egg plant ,this plant is used in anti bacterial activity applications ,leaves are very affective in preventing liver damage due to toxicity ,This roots can be boiled with thippili[Piper longumn]and it’s a very good home remedy for cough,This kandankathiri root decoction can also be used to treat fever due to cold ,This particular herb is conserved and propagated in ECO HERBS SUGANDHAVANAM NURSERY.
