[ Diospyros Ebenum]This middle-high evergreen tree grows very slowly up to 20–25 metres (66–82 ft) tall. it has practically no pitting, provides glossy smooth surface, water and termites resistant. In the 16th—19th centuries the best furniture was made of Ceylon ebony. Also it is good for mosaic wooden inlay. This Particular Tree Species is Conserved and propagated in Eco Herbs Sugandha Vanam Nursery
